How to Calculate eNPS
Formula:
eNPS = (% Promoters − % Detractors)
On a 0-10 scale: Detractors (0-6), Passives (7-8), Promoters (9-10). On a 0-5 scale: Detractors (0-3), Passives (4), Promoters (5).
