CEO of Linkage
Jennifer McCollum is CEO of Linkage, Inc, a 34-year-old leadership development firm, whose mission is to “Change the Face of Leadership.” Linkage works with organizations globally to advance women and accelerate inclusion in leaders and organizations.
Jennifer is also a keynote speaker, consultant, author, and coach – and has 20 years of experience building and leading businesses in the leadership space.
Her expertise includes the state of women in the workforce, how to close the gap to gender equity; why the most effective leaders are inclusive leaders; and how to demystify inclusion for leaders and organizations.
She lives in Washington DC with her husband, is a mother of three, and is an avid skier and tennis player.
Angel Lowe
VP, Global Human Resources at Atkore
Mrs. Lowe has held this position since 2019 with responsibility for talent acquisition and development, onboarding and immersion, leadership training, employee development, employee and labor relations, payroll as well as compensation and benefit programs. Beginning in 2016, Mrs. Lowe served as Vice President-Group Human Resources, where she was responsible for driving human resources alignment and synergies across both Atkore operating segments. Prior to that, Mrs. Lowe served as Vice President-Human Resources for all electrical-related businesses within the Company. Mrs. Lowe initially joined the company in 2014 as Vice President-Human Resources for Atkore’s plastic pipe and conduit strategic business unit. Previous to Atkore, Mrs. Lowe held human resources roles with progressive responsibilities at Trinity Industries, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Reckitt Benckiser where she was a strategic business partner to enhance the capability, diversity, culture and organizational structure that drove productivity, customer service and overall profitability. Mrs. Lowe began her career in finance and accounting roles at International Paper Company. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Mississippi College.
Jeanie Tung
Director of Business Development at Henry Street Settlement
Jeanie Tung is the Director of Business Development and Workforce Partnerships at Henry Street Settlement, where she has been since 2004. Prior to that she was righting wrongs for the Asian American community and those who are underserved in her capacity as a civil rights and criminal defense attorney. She is also a community mediator and serves issues related to Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
